Join us for this 2 day immersive plant medicine gathering. With focus on hands on interactive classes to deepen your relationship and knowledge of medicinal and edible plants. When: May 17th-18th, 2025 Saturday- Sunday 10-4:30pm Cost: Early Bird $285 (ends April 31st) After $309 Where: Wellspring Ranch Classes offered: • Medicinal and Edible plant identification walks • Herbs to support digestion and elimination • Nervines for sleep, anxiety and depression • Herbal Antivirals • Food as Medicine- using wild and cultivated medicinal herbs in your food • First Aid medicine making • Deep Dive into Yarrow - plant meditation, medicinal uses • The Alchemical Roots of Herbal Medicine • Plant spirit meditations with sound bath Schedule: Saturday 5/17/25 10-10:30- Orientation- All 10:30-11am- The Alchemical Roots of Herbal Medicine- Deb Swanson 11-11:30 How to make a flower essence- Deb Swanson 11:30-1- Plant walk- All 1-1:45- Lunch 1:45-3:15-Deep Dive into Yarrow - plant meditation, medicinal uses- All 3:15-4:30 pm First Aid- steams, poultices, cold infusions, homeopathy- Deb Swanson, Dr. Anne Marija Helt Sunday 5/18/25 10-11:30- 1.5-2 hours- Nervines for sleep, anxiety and depression- Dr. Aaylah Wellspring 11:30- 1- Plant walk, Food as Medicine- using wild and cultivated medicinal herbs in your food (pesto, cold infusion with mallow- All 1-1:30pm- Lunch 1:30- 2:30-Herbal Antivirals- Dr. Anne Marija Helt 2:30-3:30- Herbs to support digestion and elimination- Dr. Aaylah Wellspring 3:30-4:30- Mystery Plant Meditation (plantain)- All *Schedule may change as weather permits Location: Wellspring Ranch, Bayfield. CO Specific location will be provided upon registration Logistics • We will be outside for both days, weather permitting. This is Colorado, so please be prepared for anything. • Food - Students are responsible for their own meals • Lodging - There is camping at nearby Vallecito Lake or Lemon Lake and in the greater area (Junction Creek in Durango, La Plata Canyon….). There are numerous motels/hotels/other lodging options in Bayfield and nearby Durango. Camping at the Wellspring is also an option. There are bathrooms and a wooded forest area for privacy and shade. CANCELLATION POLICY: If you cancel your registration two or more weeks or more before the scheduled event, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel within two week before the event, your registration you will be refunded the total amount minus a $50 materials fee
